Earlier or later check-in/check-out may be arranged by prior request.

Accommodations are not suitable for children under 10 years old.

We have no provision for accommodating pets.

Smoking is permitted in designated area outdoors only. A damage/cleaning fee of one-night's rate will be assessed for smoking.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When cancelling a reservation we request notice be received seven (7) days prior to check-in.

Notice of less than 7 days will incur a $10.00 charge.

Notice of less than 48 hours will incur a full room charge.

HOLIDAYS: Two-night minimum.
