Rooms & rates

Abbey House Inn has converted to a whole house rental for 2021 due to Covid. We also have a 2 night minimum. The Inn can sleep a maximum of 12 guests. Abbey House Inn has a nice kitchen that has coffee, tea and condiments for guest to use. You are welcome to bring your own food to cook. Winters does have many great places to eat just a block from the Inn. 
Wireless internet available throughout the inn.
Check-In:
3:00 p.m. to Anytime*
*You will be given a code to use on the August Lock so that your can arrive anytime after 3pm.
Check-Out:
11:00 a.m.
  • Earlier or later check-in/check-out may be arranged by prior request (some fees may apply).
TOT Tax
  • A 12% Transient Occupancy Tax is added to all room rates.
  • A 2% TBID Tax is added to all room rates.
General Policies:
  • Two night minimum 
  • Accommodations are not suitable for children under 10 years old unless it is a whole house rental.
  • We have no provision for accommodating pets. We do allow service animals.
  • No smoking inside the inn. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A damage/cleaning fee of $200.00 will be assessed for smoking inside rooms or inside the inn.
  • Reserving the entire inn requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 and minimum 14 days cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the inn can be re-booked.
  • We charge a $25.00 fee for any cancellation.  Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full room rate.
  • Management reserves the right to change your requested room based on length of stay.
